I am not here because I read a self-help book or took an online course. Well, I did those as well... but I am here because I have struggled myself, and in my work to become a better version of myself, I have learned a great deal - and a great deal that I would be honored to share with you!
My background in public health, psychology, and maternal mental health gave me a deep understanding of how systems, stress, and identity intersect, especially for women. I’ve worked with individuals navigating major transitions, burnout, and invisible load, and I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when people begin to function and feel better - on their own terms.
